Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, with free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Western Europe. Other countries may incur a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times

United States: 8–12 business days
Canada, UK, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7–11 business days
Other international destinations: 9–13 business days

These are estimates from order processing date, not purchase date. Most orders process within 1–2 business days.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@lightmotorsports.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, take photos before opening and email us within 7 days at support@lightmotorsports.com. We'll cover replacement.
